Get ready to paint on Labor Day Weekend! Harvest Green is hosting 'COLOR YOUR WEEKEND'. A family friendly artful 3 day event. Open artist and community group call.
$50 Application fee (includes the vinyl). Silent Auction to sell your colorful vinyl square. Auction funds raised for your piece will be paid to the artist or group.
Entry deadline: August 15
Painting days: August 31 and Sept 1st.
Artist VIP Reception: August 31 from 7 to 10 PM. (Adults only please) Cocktails and light bites will be served. Registered artists will receive a free ticket.
Vinyl: Smooth outdoor and blackout vinyl; 4' X 4'; will be staked for you on the grass. Artists must bring all supplies needed and must email an approximate sketch or design for the vinyl. You may choose to keep your piece as 'not for sale'. After your design is received, you will receive an email with your approval or requesting changes. Your finished piece subjectmatter, if any, must be family friendly and ok all ages.
Silent auction will begin at our VIP Reception and end on Sunday, Sept. 2nd at 3 PM. Artists may pick-up their auction funds at the Harvest Green office or request to have it sent via PayPal, beginning Monday, Sept. 3rd or Labor Day. Application form link coming soon!
